Thomas H. Karafonda Chairman, President, CEO

B.S. in Information Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Karafonda was previously a consultant to Xerox, assisting them in the areas of Web Architect, Microsoft Solutions Development and Technical Support. In addition, Mr. Karafonda owned and operated Tag Associates, which developed computer based training programs and provided consulting services to small businesses. Mr. Karafonda holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet.

Gabriel W. Del Vecchio Secretary, VP, CTO

B.S. Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Before starting at FrontEdge, Mr. Del Vecchio was employed by Eastman Kodak Company as an Application Developer. Mr. Del Vecchio is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

William Carpitella, Director

B.S. from Temple University. Mr. Carpitella has over 23 years experience as an executive in manufacturing and service related industries. Since 1990, he has held office positions with Bausch & Lomb, Bell & Howell, and Pulte Corporation. He is currently the Senior Vice-President of Organizational Development and Process Standardizations for a two-billion dollar national homebuilder. Published in several trade magazines, he is consistently benchmarked as the "Best HR Professional in the Homebuilding Industry."

Alan Resnick, Director

B.S. Mathematics from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Resnick has been employed by Bausch & Lomb for the last 26 years; and is currently a Vice President and Treasurer.
